It’s clearly the guy on the right.
Hos body language matches more. It’s an almost happy realization/fun.
The other guys body language is a hard-explain stance or frustration (laying down a block that should be obvious)… So it doesn’t match the lightheartedness of the line.
Of course it’s the left guy talking.
Obviously neither is talking. They’re communicating telepathically while gesturing in surprise of their newfound ability gained from proximity to each other.
