https://a.lemmy.world/lemmy.world/u/Morganalefay@fedinsfw.app was the person doing it. There were 70 reports in mod queue.
The fact you don’t know that but are calling it BS is amazingly telling.

That’s up to the mods here, not me. I jumped in to clean it up (nazi postings were rampant), then find volunteers to take over.
I was top mod for less than an hour before I found suitable replacements.
full transparency - I advised them you might not be a good fit, as you didn’t moderate when you were a mod of this community.
I’m no longer a mod here, but you were a mod here. I removed you along with the others, due to lack of moderation.
Was going to wait, but I decided.

3 years and 0 mod actions. Also read through you post history. Amazingly positive person. You would be perfect for top mod. I’ll give others a chance to respond, so don’t expect anything just yet.
Pretty solid history! I’ve asked other mods to weigh in, but you’re definitely on the short list. Once I have found new mods, I’ll be dipping. I just wanted to help clean it up until we could find people who would take over.

This user was arguing, off-topic, gaslighting, and trying to start slap fights. Couple that with over 7 reports made by them against anybody who disagreed, I gave them a 3-day timeout.
Not that I’m aware of.
The moderator has been inactive for months. That’s why beep is getting away with all their rule breaking.
The admins are actively looking for mods.
