Here using someone’s credit card without authorization is wire fraud. Then they charged me a third time. Now they have 2 wire fraud charges and credit cards companies won’t take payment from them. They will most likely beat the criminal charges because corperations can basically steal from you without consequences but I had to do like 10 calls to the charge dispute department and by call 6 the agent I was dealing with was so pissed they told me they are going to blacklist them because it was a mystery how they were able to charge me repeatedly and they just needed to make it stop.
