Not necessarily bad, but it is quite rare. It only occurs when something doesn’t work properly.

Because it’s not kilowatt per hour (kW/h), it’s kilowatt hours (kWh). It would be fine to say GW years, but then the question would be over how long? Most likely one year, which gives us GWy/y = GW.
Because military threat is more imminent. From a logical POV it’s absurd, but sadly most world leaders don’t use their brains or they can’t fathom how a slow change can be slowly killing us.

6·11 months agoBut that’s the thing, you’re NOT out there with your catapult, so the statistics still hold true. Assuming you were given the catapult and I was given a giant tesla coil, I believe I would still be able to zap 30x more giraffes than you could hit with your pathetic catapult.

11·1 year agoI feel like I have to introduce a counter-example, this song has been absolutely stuck in my head in the last few weeks. I’ve listened to it literally hundreds of times in that timeframe and it’s still an absolute banger.
And it’s even a night train? This is based as fuck

It could’ve been closer to the truth in 2022. At least in Europe when the energy prices skyrocketed I think I paid closer to 1€/kWh.
That’s some hella expensive electricity you’re buying there. I’m getting mine at 14 cents/kWh, which is roughly 1.2€/W per year. This isn’t even close to the cheapest option available.
As a non-Englisman, I’d say it’s pretty normal for devices and house appliances to have physical text in English but software in another (local) language.
Thanks for linking to the wiki page. Now I know what I don’t need to read since I also knew exactly what Web 3.0 was.
“You’d better tell the Captain we’ve got to land as soon as we can. This woman has to be gotten to a hospital.”
“A hospital? What is it?”
“It’s a big building with patients, but that’s not important right now.”
What the fuck is going on with their asses? Now I really feel we’re missing out on something great…

I’m pretty sure the real reason it’s projected is so it doesn’t get covered by snow in the winter. At least that’s the reason for projected street signs elsewhere in Finland, such as in Oulu.
