    I used to think that as well …. Until I kept running into road closures and construction.

    Now I use navigation even on familiar trips because

    • immediate detours for construction
    • immediate detours for traffic
    • accurate ETA to tell your destination
    • fastest route rather than just the route I’m familiar with
