I wonder where the house was sourcing all the eggs, bacon and toast, the breakfasts were huge.
I assumed there was a massive refrigerator/freezer in the basement that only had to be restocked monthly, or something like that.
It must have been only a few days or so after the detonation, since the dog died from radiation poisoning just then.
Also, electricity was still running.
Good thing he wasn’t a meteorologist. It’s the middle of August; clear, and sunny without a chance of rain at all.
Where I am it rained on and off all day Sunday, was a pretty nice gentle rain not at all thunder storm like. He was pretty close.
