Teach children how to eat. In school. Countries that do this have much lower obesity rates.
I was taught how to eat in school, from a food pyriamid modified by producers of breads, dairy and sugar. :(
The US food pyramid was made by the USDA to sell grain and dairy.
Travel to Europe, watch how people eat.
They eat meals, they don’t graze all day
They eat proper portions.
They don’t drink a pail of soda with a meal.
They probably live much longer.
But then that’s more years of not eating and drinking to excess…so I can see it both ways.
