Baldur's Gate 3@lemmy.world•How to Finish Every Quest & Collect Every Item in Baldur's Gate 3English
1·14 days agoHe should reasonably be able to find artifacts on his own I would think, and he does eventually get passed the need to use them, but then that means most of his backstory gets abbreviated.

Baldur's Gate 3@lemmy.world•How to Finish Every Quest & Collect Every Item in Baldur's Gate 3English
4·14 days agoI always thought that was a bit lazy. Most other characters have multiple points in which you can recruit them. Not to mention you could lose Gale just because you had a bad dice roll.

Baldur's Gate 3@lemmy.world•How to Finish Every Quest & Collect Every Item in Baldur's Gate 3English
16·15 days agoHa! Yeah, I mean no discouragement but I don’t think the devs designed you to do everything in one run. I mean, there are certain items that you can’t get unless certain important characters die. If you really wanted to collect everything that could be collected (just usable items, not junk) I imagine you’d have to play through the whole game 6 or more times.

1·17 days agoIt’s being used at my work a lot, but I’m guessing it’s mostly used as a Google replacement or an auto-complete tool. I know very few people that will generate the majority of their code with AI.

Technology@lemmy.world•Majority of CEOs report zero payoff from AI splurgeEnglish
3·27 days agoAny bad decision that’s made by an exec is usually just met with nods and grins by the workers while they do what’s actually necessary and try only half heartedly to follow their edicts. Execs usually have no idea what a pilot program is and every decision they make is pure gold so why not roll it out to everybody at once.

Ask Lemmy@lemmy.world•If you could go back in time, what is the one thing you would change about computers or the internet?

13·1 month agoTrump and other dictators are vain (uh, reviving an outdated class of naval ship and naming it after yourself sound familiar?) so they’ll prefer bombers, tanks, and rockets over some little robots with little propellers. They disdain things that look weak regardless of their usefulness.

2·1 month agoIf it’s OU, ‘no college’ is better.

This has happened all over there US already. Someone challenges your right to vote and it’s your job to prove your eligibility. Can’t show up to your appointment? No ID? No bills going to that address? Only have a PO Box address? No voting for you!
