I wonder if developers will finally start taking middle end GPUs and the existing handhelds seriously
They’ll have to, soon enough, if they wanna continue selling games

And all that just for some shitty AI that’s getting all its questions wrong

Oh wow, all that hassle just for some DRM, as if that would prevent anything… Thanks for clarifying 👍

Aside from practicality, might there be something that gets lost if you do this? (e.g. worse frame rate, quality or sth. else)

After ignoring the TES games my whole life, I first played Oblivion a few years ago, and for once in a very long time, I felt the same feeling I did when playing GTA San Andreas for the first time as a little kid.
I spent the first 10hrs or so just stealing stuff and fighting in the Arena, didn’t even touch the main story. In Oblivion, there is soooo much stuff to do, and I didn’t even mod it.
Elden Ring is definitely a great game, but it’s pale in comparison to Oblivion when it comes to “freedom to do anything”. Even Skyrim couldn’t top that for me. Don’t know about Witcher 3 though, I have yet to play it.

When these fridge-ads started, someone literally joked about how this could trigger someone named Carol, and now here it actually happened
This timeline is so fucked up it’s unreal

Cursed Ubuntu (Cumbuntu)

It’s part of Project 2025, although there was a complete ban described

Having a little regret is normal. However, when it comes to “paths not taken”, you CANNOT know for sure where that path takes you in detail.
Think about all the good stuff that has happened so far. If you had taken a different path, it could have been even better. They could also be a lot worse.
If everything went to plan in my life I definitely wouldn’t be on the same spot right now, for better or for worse. But you can never know for sure.
That’s how I deal with regrets about the past. As a fact, I did even try out a career path, just because “I could be regretting not taking this opportunity”, only to end up regretting about taking that path

I thought for a second that he had his shitty AI edit the actual Wikipedia page, I hope they have a system in place that prevents this from happening

I thought I read “ANAL OG”. First time I’ve ever misread analog
Idk, my upgrade to 4060 went pretty smoothly, though I was upgrading from another Nvidia card, so I had the official driver already installed…
