Every PC gamer in my circle did an emergency purchase of a new PC this year because as bad as it’s now, we all know it’s going to get a hell of a lot worse and probably won’t go down in at least 4 years if ever. Even my broke ass bought a 5080 and a 5800X3D (because I had 96GB DDR4 RAM already). Even my wife agreed better do it now than having to buy during peak AI price stupidity.

I mean if the US with it’s multi trillion dollar army that couldn’t beat rice farmers and goat herders or win anything really since WWii what’s to be expected? I think the only thing they exist for is to extract tax payer money for the arms manufacturers. If the US military were really capable and effective there would be no war in Ukraine or any country called Russia.

China is somewhat less extreme now, but still undermining us and spying on is nonetheless. Put yourself in their shoes, some guy dates one of their daughters for 6 years and then has a breakup and goes for the younger child. Would you be fine if someone did this with your children? I would wonder about the motives of that guy and also that is also a real betrayal from you towards your sister. It’s actually a pretty fucked up situation that any parent would justifiably take issue with, I would never ever trust the guy, how long before he hurts the next daughter? Was he attracted to her when she was a teenager and waiting for the right time? Why should my other daughter have to see her ex every time with her sister, why would her sister think this is ok? And as someone older, the first year is always all roses and means jack shit. After several years you see who people really are and you become comfortable to be your true self, you don’t know the guy but your sister after 6 years will definitely know him. I would have a long talk with her, see what you’re really getting into long term. And remember your parents have experienced life, you see through a lot of bullshit with age, you’re practical still a kid at 25. I know I was a total moron at that age.

I just uninstalled EA launcher because it’s a fucking cancer and I see this afterwards… If it’s not on Steam it’s piracy material from here on out. Fuck all other launchers/services except GoG, GoG is cool too.
