I said I wouldn’t do it. I installed Windows 11 yesterday, but went back to Windows 10 today. Windows 11 is going to be like Windows Vista or Windows 8 for me. I’m just going to take my chances and skip it. I would love to go to Mint, but Linux doesn’t support the only game I play, Black Ops 6.
People, I’ve already mentioned that Windows 10 LTSC is out there until 2027. Additionally, Windows 11 non-TPM is available out in the 'bay.
The companies that are doing it have done it voluntarily. Google and Apple are to blame for actually going along with this garbage.
I’m not going to Windows 11 or Linux. I found a copy of Windows 10 LTSC with support til 2027+.
They rely on big business using their product, not the small guy, which is why they’ve been handing out major upgrades to the small guy since Windows 7.
