I agree on the cliffhangers, sometimes unnecessary ones, but I find its plot to be one of the most consistent I watched (especially over 200+ episodes in 10 years), both compared to its contemporary shows and to modern ones.
Sure, many aspects are conveniently hidden behind unrevealed misteries and mistic rules, but it was done in a way that is still enjoyable and that didn’t feel overly forced.

I think that even the best writer in the world cannot find a satisfying reveal of 10 years worth of secrets build-up.
I think the final was the perfect balance between tying all the loose ends and not fully explaining what the island is. (Or rather, they did in some way, they just left some bits to the imagination).
And to everyone thinking that the finale makes it so the entire previous seasons did not happen, sorry but you just didn’t get it.

The Reepublic of San Marino has been independent for a very long time, possibly since 301 ce, that would make it a 1700 years old country that never changed its form of government.
What’s up with the grey eyes? Sure it’s not a photoshop

That’s pretty good you get disability for sleep dosorder. Not good that you can’t sleep of course, it’s good that your problem is getting a recognition.

I think the most “pirated” software ever would be WinRar. EVERYONE broke the terms of service by using it more than 30 days, and then simply closing the popup when it opened (and even if you found it annoying, there’s a simple licence file floating around that you can effortly use to get rid of the nag). Milions used it without paying the licence they should have, but WinRar didn’t care, because they are (were) ubiquitous and companies probably happily paid those licences for a software eveybody knew how to use.
If there’s families and non-independent kids involved, a paternity test is just a way to set tje record straight, depending on how it’s handled, there could be no judgement. Remember that you know the truth, but others don’t, and you can always be sure of who is the mother, but not the father, and this is biological.

This is just weird. Why make these changes? Customers don’t want it, the company doesn’t profit and they actually lost money and reputation by doing this and not backtracking. Who is benefiting from this? It looks like a perfect lose-lose situation

If you sell me a 2" by 4" board, you cut it 2"+the width of the sawblade, just like the metric boards are sold.
Also is a saw really 1/2" wide? That’s like 1.27cm, that’s wild.
If you really really cannot sell a true 2"x4" at the price of a 1.5" x3.5", just keep the same price and call it what it is.

There is no sensible reason to sell something as a dimension before it’s ready to sell, a 2"x4" should be so when sold, not when curing, it takes nothing to cut oversize to accomodate for shrinkage, or to cure and cut later at the right dimension

I noticed discord and google doing it. Didn’t think much of it but maybe you are onto something

Not only the content doesn’t exist yet, it’s just not practical. Even now 4k broadcasting is rare and 4k streaming is now a premium (and not always with a good bitstream, which matters a lot more) when once was offered as a cost-free future, imagine 8k that would roughly quadruple the amount of data required to transmit it (and transmit speee is not linear, 4x the speed would probably be at least 8x the cost).
And I seriously think noone except the nerdiest of nerds would notice a difference between 4k and 8k.

Not sure about USA, but in other countries istigation to suicide is absolutely illegal and punished.

When you bought an album you owned it for life. With spotify you are borrowing the music and if you stop paying you get nothing left
Maybe they are giant cats on normal couches?
Mine is Dyson because he eats any kind of food (regardless of who is eating at the moment) and he will always lick the plate cleaner than it was.
