Combat system that is advertised as skill based but you find out it’s actually damage based and randomized.

Doing really well and winning the impossible mission because you spent time and effort leveling up and honing your skill to defeat a boss or level that you know is going to be difficult. Only for you to fail the mission and get reset or perma death because the plot demanded it.

    No controller support on PC

Mobile games with fake game play advertising and demos. In game banner ads or forced ads.

  • I don’t think so, I believe Biden is the real reason Harris lost. She had too much ground to make up for Biden’s stubbornness to realize he was a weak candidate. Trump’s entire strategy was based on how weak Biden was and the party turning against him in the 11th hour only reinforced Trump’s claims. Kamala was doomed from the start, I believe she could have won if she had taken the lead from the start of the race. She wouldn’t have been my first or even my second but I still think she could have won if Trump didn’t have a head start and Dems taking so long to pull their heads out of their asses.

  • Short answer is nope.

If you mean for political reasons, no, because unless Trump succeeded in creating dynasty that many people are talking about then there is hope that someone will step in and force the government back in the right direction. So this will be a temporary setback.

Now when I mean set it back in the right direction I don’t mean back to the far left either, I mean I hope for a reasonable rational leader willing to work to a better future for all Americans. Both sides have lost what it means to work for all Americans as the president of the USA and not just their party extremists.

As an average low middle class American, life isn’t terrible but economic insecurity and living costs are becoming a major issue that is directly connected to Trump. Cost is up 30% in the last year, privacy is under attack again, consumer protections are being stripped away, environmental protections are being removed, general infrastructure investments are being defunded, public relief and assistance being removed, AI is out of control, and there are fewer jobs being created. While Trump lies and tries to cover it up, he is actually firing people in the government or refusing to release negative data to the public in an effort to cover it up. He is actively silencing people which goes against a core American belief that this country was founded on.

  • The “shortage” is temporary and artificial, so that’s a hard NO. The ram shortage doesn’t present any incentive to make apps more efficient because the hardware and software that is already in people’s homes won’t be effected by the shortage and people who currently use the software won’t be affected by the shortage. The very small percentage of people that will be affected by the temporary shortage wouldn’t justify making changes to software that is currently in development.

There’s no incentive for software companies to make their code more efficient until people stop using their software so stop using it and it will get better. Just as an example Adobe reader is crap, just straight up garbage, but people still use it so the app stopped getting improvements many years ago. Then Adobe moved to a subscription based system, and cloud service for selling your data but guess what, it’s still the same app that it was 10 years ago, just more expensive.

  • That’s every company, most upper management don’t stay in one position for more than 2 years. So the system is setup for short term gains because investors aren’t interested in long term investments and the blowback is the next guys problem. Who then is looking for the next big win to cover up the last guy issues without fixing anything. Then they bring in someone to clean up the mess and the cycle starts again.

Plus most consumers have short memories or don’t have an alternative so their stuck. There are small groups holding on but for 75% of the world’s population right now it’s Android or iOS, AMD or Intel, AMD or NVIDIA, Samsung or WD or Seagate or SanDisk, Att or Verizon, Apple or Microsoft, and so on.

  • Remaking a movie or retelling a story or changing a political event or casting an unbelievable caste just because it fits today’s politically correct views.

This thing happened so stop pretending it didn’t or your historical piece is now fantasy or now it’s completely unbelievable.

Stop remaking movies and changing the tone or message. Here’s a novel idea for you film makers, you can make a new movie with a similar plot but with a different name, now we won’t be going in with raised expectations.

  • Take the time to do it right the first time but also don’t waste time if it doesn’t add value.

Having a process is great but if the process exceeds the value then the process not only harms profit margins but also erodes morale. If the reason a process exists is to counter bad behavior then it’s an employee problem not a process problem.

Open office floorplans are a terrible idea!

Work from home shouldn’t be considered a given based on the job tasks but a privilege and benefit extended to those employees that have shown the discipline and reliability to work from home. But the in office requirement shouldn’t be forced on everyone just to satisfy a “butts in seat policy” or a managers insecurity.
