

It’s a defence mechanism. You can still do your job without ai. Fully embracing without any boundaries is gonna end up execs just cutting jobs thinking ai can do it anyway.
If there’s a friction of use of ai, when it becomes a must thing to use while working, that rule is going to help to introduce ai in a reasonable manner to people’s work life.
I am absolutely sure they know it’s a useful tool. unions are about to keep people their jobs, rather than helping corporations short term profits (which is current ai hype where even drinking water is sold with an ai label for some reason)
