I don’t notice my gender in most dreams, but there was one a few months ago where I was definitely a woman. That one also convinced me I want bottom surgery, down there just felt right in that dream.

I think you’re overthinking it. Transgender isn’t one particular thing, it basically just means not cis (and even then there’s people who kinda identify with their AGAB and kinda don’t at the same time), so it’s impossible to get more specific while still generalizing to all trans people.

Personally, I don’t strongly identify with labels, I only really care about labels in how they help me quickly communicate with people.

I was referred to get a breast ultrasound, but I was told what was going on.

That last part was really confusing for a second until I remembered that not everyone thinks of transgender as an umbrella term that includes nonbinary.
