Although I don’t know if that is the result of ADHD meds, the antidepressants I used to take or just aging in general. I love the smell of fresh coffee but caffeine just doesn’t agree with my body anymore. I’ve switched over to herbal and red teas now.

I am somewhat functioning with the help of copious amounts of coffee. Terrifying to think of life without this crutch.
