Would lions like catnip

What’s up with cats sometimes taking a long time to think about a jump and then just completely fails anyway by making the tiniest jump?

Also catnip is like a drug for some cats right? Why does nobody find it weird people are getting their pets high?

I never got the answer - who did let the dogs out?

How can a word be accurately constructed but disallowed anyway? Does it “sound wrong” just because it’s not used? Example: stupider
