I’m an American Citizen, but I wasn’t born here, and I have been criticizing both my current government and my former government.
So I’m just afraid that one day, I’d have to either: (1) Be forced to recant all anti- 2025-US-administration/anti-trump comments, Or (2) If I get deported to my former country (which I no longer have citizenship in btw), I’d have to recant my anti-CCP comments, and do the public apology and all that stuff.
Both scenario would make me very uncomfortable. But it could become reality. So I kinda just wanna hear some perspectives.

And no, I never posted political opinions under my real name. I did have like a reddit account without using a VPN, but my opinions were less “spicy” and it was mostly anti-CCP oriented rather than anti-US-administration. The account has been since deleted.
