Yeah I’ve played a few rounds with my buddies. My honest opinion is that it is too boring and constrained to me. Because the whole storytelling and the World Building is limited both by the DMs intent as well as mental capacity.
I have played with two friends that both have Avid experience in being dungeon masters and both with freedom for the players in mind. however, I still don’t feel free playing it. Everything is an option according to them but it’s ultimately isn’t.

As somebody with diagnosed ADHD, it doesn’t work to “sit down and meditate” if I’m not rnaodnly finding myself in a setting where it would be a guided meditation where somebody else would lead. I am saying randomly because due to the fact that I cannot sit down and just do it, I don’t have much experience doing it, thus its hard to make the practice an interest and therefore ultra hard to make it a routine or a something I’d do. I could want to do it super bad but I won’t.
I would feel stressed attempting to relax and spending the time to meditate.

So I al doing this trial run where I will find my dosage. It has been mostly great! My thoughts are still not spiralling as they used to.
I’ve been experiencing the negative side where I get trouble sleeping. And I feel a bit of, not really full on headache as I know it, but a “cousin symptom” of it?
The negative effects occured at the same time I increased dosage from 18 mg + 18 mg morning- afternoon to 36 mg + 18 mg. I have a scheduled follow up meeting in the middle of April but I asked them yesterday to get back to me with an earlier time to discuss dosage, side effects, etc. The idea with the test run is for me to go up to 36 morning + 36 afternoon tomorrow, but I am reluctant ATM because I want to handle sleep better

I think there are too many factors to account for to give a good answer.
But realistically: If the walled city was stable (relative to what I knowz I can only compare things to what I know and have experienced) and my life was alright or better then or course I would stay. If I had kids in that city I would probably stay.
If it was a shitty life inside those walls, of course I would find a way to stealthily leave.
