I don’t have local live TV channels so I hooked up a coax antenna to my TV and I got the local Fox station so I watched it on there. Free TV!

Which ones are free? I clicked on a few of the links and they all wanted you to sign up for a subscription

I recently discovered that Sling TV has over 500+ live TV free channels. It’s like Pluto or Tubi but way more channels.

What steps did you take? I got a gym membership and go 4-5 days a week and cook at home now instead of fast food/take out.

I developed a pineapple allergy late in life. Not sure if it was due to COVID or aging but if I eat pineapple now, my tongue gets a bunch of circular sores that last for days.
