The short-lived lineup of Florian Schneider, Michael Rother and Klaus Dinger, starting in early 1971 after the release of the ‘Kraftwerk’ album, while Hütter left for eight months to focus on completing his architecture studies in university. Rother and Dinger went on to form the band Neu!, after Hütter returned to Kraftwerk.
